Passive friction pad

Applicable to wind turbine yaw passive brake friction plates, including technical requirements for performance, testing, and inspection. The design of the friction material formula should fully consider the actual operating conditions and demands of the wind turbine (such as the uncontrollability and randomness of wind, with instantaneous changes sometimes exceeding 10m/s). The brake operates under unstable load conditions, where the braked part may experience shaking and vibrations due to changes in wind speed. Additionally, the frequent cut-ins and cut-outs of the turbine should also be considered for their impact on the friction plates.
